The Dreams representative Ali, gave me the space and confidence to explore the options of beds without pressure. He allowed me to explore the various products, giving me good information without pressure to make a formal choice. Ali understood my reluctance to 'get on the beds', but gently encouraged me to take my time and get comfortable with the experience and I did. I was not able to come back and purchase my choice until a few days later, but the store manager Lynne was just as supportive and processed my order and payment.

We were shown the beds and told in detail what all of the mattresses included. We didn't feel like we were being bargained with, as we were informed of the product and left to our own devices.

I wasn't pounced on the moment I walked through the door which was nice. But after I had been walking about for a bit Cherelle (sorry if I got her name wrong!) asked if I needed any help, which I did. She then spent at least 20 minutes explaining different beds to me, despite knowing i wouldn't make a decision until my husband could visit with me. When I did return with my husband, we had almost made up our minds to buy a mattress somewhere else, but she remembered me, remembered the mattresses I had preferred, and gave us such clear unhurried advice, we felt no pressure, and ended up buying a more expensive mattress than we had intended, and 2 memory foam pillows! (Your interest free credit helped there too.)

There was a new young assistant, who was extremely efficient, and friendly. She was helped by a supervisor who was also very helpful and friendly

Bromley branch. Cherrelle was very welcoming and helpful. Previously Nandita had been very kind and helpful when I collapsed outside the store. I was taken away in an ambulance. She went beyond what you would expect eg by bringing a chair out for me to sit on while I waited for the ambulance. She couldn't do enough to help.

Cherelle gave excellent customer service on our visit to the Bromley store on Sunday 13th September. We had some awkward questions regarding an ex-display model which we were interested in, and she was very helpful in assisting us and accommodating our purchase.

We went to Dreams in Bromley and the customer service was excellent. Very helpful but not pushy. I think it is Charlene or Cherelle who works there and both days we went in she was fantastic, even when she was training a new member of staff. Having been to other stores the service here was really very good and stood out. The choice was also good but it would be nice to have more colour and fabric options on upholstered beds.
