Experienced knowledgeable and friendly staff, listening to the customer instead of trying to tell us what we want.

There was a very wide selection of matresses to pick from and the lady who served us allowed us plenty of time to test them out and wasn't pushy at all. We were very happy with her service

He assistant gave us space to view the beds and then asked if we needed assistance. He then gave us the information we needed , guiding us to suitable products and explaining the pros and cons. At no time did we feel pressured by the sales pitch .

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams store in Bromley, very helpful staff went out of there way to help with any questions about the product.

The lady who looked after us, Nandita, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds we were interested in. My companion is very tiny and 89 years old - the help afforded to her by Nandita was always respectful and kind. She explained everything well and is a credit to your company.

I was made to feel welcome from the minute I entered the store, time was spent pointing out the various mattresses available and I was encouraged to try them to ensure the I found the best one for me. It was a very pleasant experience and the is high praise indeed as for me shopping is one of my worst nightmares and I avoid it when I can.
