We had a man named Reece in the Bromley store , he was so amazing with my granddaughter. He offered her turn on the mattress finder he offered us water he let her explore the shop he was amazing.lovely man. Very friendly very kind and very helpful. Catered to all our needs very supportive.

Our salesman was very attentive, friendly and took time to show us alternatives. He gave good advise and we found products that suit our needs.

I was looking for a double mattress, and Daniel approached me. I mentioned that I don’t have a big budget and was contemplating the £99 rolled up mattress, he then asked me what size mattress I was looking for and said there were a couple of clearance mattresses upstairs. He showed me the mattresses, showed me one on display so I could get a feel for the mattress and I was immediately so happy to be getting an amazing mattress for such a good price.

We were helped by Reece in your Bromley store. Shopping for a mattress for my daughter. Reece was extremely helpful and polite. He was good with my 9 year old daughter, and made the visit fun. He offered us water. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. He is a great asset to your company.

Mel was very good explaining all the options available, my son even tried the mattresses and was able to chose the right one for him This is the third bed we buy in Dreams and soon I’ll be buying my fourth!

Great customer service

The sales lady was polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us select the bed that was perfect for us. Such a pain free and pleasant experience, I have already recommended to friends.

the attention of the staff was excellent. We don't speak much English but, the seller called, jasson (js122) was very friendly and helpful.
