Dreams - New Bromley

Lynne was friendly and helpful without being pushy. She listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions and was patient too. She even made me a cup of tea!

2MONTHS of many visits trying to buy the Cambridge being told that it was blocked and unavailable I finally purchased the marsille during my many visits and phone calls the staff were brilliant informative and really pleasant to deal with NANDITA YOUR SALES PERSON WAS ESPECIALLY GOOD I I enjoyed the experience and will recommend my friends to Dreams

I was asked if I needed assistance but not in a pushy way. Questions were answered easily and everything explained. Staff were very friendly and professional.

I have been a customer of Dreams previously and purchased a Tempur matress which we hated and could not sleep on, far too hot...... dreams changed the matress for a pocket sprung matress (more expensive) without any problems at all ...... l decided then that the customer service was so good l would return... so when my daughter wanted a new matress for her "dreams" bed that we also purchased a few years ago .. no contest and we went back to Dreams .. walked into the store and was approached straight away by the Dreams assistant asking if we needed any help ......... my daughters bed is basically wooden slats across a metal frame so we were not sure what type of matress we could purchase - she was helpful and explained each type of matress in detail - l ended up spending more than l had anticipated but have no concerns that my daughter will be happy with our purchase and the years of comfort it will bring her! I will return to Dreams again .......

on entering store approached with a good morning we browsed for a couple of minutes then was approached and asked if we needed assistance. basically we said what we wanted as in bed matress headboard pillows. we were shown all the we asked for we layed on 2-3 beds tried 3 matresses and 3 pillows chose colour of bed we wanted ordered and waiting for delivery.

There was no pressure to purchase the products we were allowed to make our own choice after seeing a range of divan beds

As my husband and myself went into the Dreams store on Bromley High Street we were greeted by Ali. He asked us if we needed any help and initially we declined but later we asked quite a few questions about various products and his gave us the information we needed in a very knowledgable manner. He explained the differences between the colour coded ranges and the price point information. We decided on the bed we wanted and he dealt with the sale process very well. Ali is a very courteous, respectful, and knowledgable member of your staff.

I was served by Lynne in the Bromley store, she straightaway came over to me and could help me right away. She knew exactly what I was looking for and we were able to find it right away! A*** service!!!
