Very friendly assistant. Knew about the products. Left us alone to test beds but came back over as soon as we needed help.

I had 2 people helping me and they were both very helpful and polite.

Lyn she so helpful when we just walked in and needs help to buy a bed frame. As we bought a mattress online other day. also we got very good deal. we're so happy and greatful ...We plan to buy some more mattress and bed for our guest room if we win the voucher.

staff friendly offered a cup of tea as we walked in first time and were asked if assistance required, not initially needed, but on returning later the staff remembered us and once again made us feel welcome

Nandita was most helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery men Paul and Steve 135 were excellent. Phoned to say the time of arrival almost to the minute. They arrived took the mattress up to the second floor and returned back to the van within 13 minutes. All cheerful and most helpful. You should be proud of having such excellent members on your staff. GIVE THEM A RISE !

I popped in to check the price of the cloud pillow and it was higher than Debenhams, but Dreams price matched. The assistant was also most helpful and friendly.

The member of staff who assisted me was very friendly. She explained the workings of the product and prices to me so I could make the best choice to suit my needs.
