Dreams - New Bromley

The assistant was so helpful, explained everything clearly, delivery etc.

We shopped in Bromley High Street. Nandita served us. She was extremely helpful and answered all our questions fully. She worked hard to locate the items we wanted and carefully explained the delivery system with advance phone calls. Another assistant brought us coffee. The whole team was friendly and courteous

The staff member Ali was extremely helpful & anticipated our needs. Gave good advice and was knowledgeable

On entering the Store to browse I was approached in a friendly manner and asked if I needed assistance - this was duly given with good knowledge of product

Nandita was helpful and patient. Friendly as well.

The staff member (Nandita) at Dreams, Bromley was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She offered various options and explain the pros and cons of each product. She was a very competent member of staff!

Tested a few beds. Staff member approached and asked if he could help. Explained the terminology. Ordered bed.

We were not ushed or pressurised

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop but there was no pushiness. We were then approached having gone straight upstairs and Ali was with us and helping us the rest of the time we were there, giving his advice on our choices plus going the extra mile and checking stuff out in regards to some of the products, and also being helpful in our purchase to find the best solution for us. His supervisor Lynn, as well as another one of his colleagues were also very nice and helpful
