I am a newly married woman who is expecting my husband to come over to England to join me here in the UK, a first time buyer of a designer bed and mattress since I got mine from a charity shop and a reluctant online buyer unless I see the product for myself. My experience with Dreams is very great, I had the chance to see the products first hand and lied down on it to have a real feel of the mattress. Well I didn't let my excitement took over me so I had a think of it overnight and I knew I really wanted and needed the product because I cannot stop thinking and talking about the bed to my husband. After having a think overnight, I went back to the store to place my order and I was served by Nandita. She is very patient with me as I took my time to finally decide which product to purchase and it was very thoughtful of her to offer me a cup of tea shortly after my arrival as I was very cold from the outside. The only thing that put me off after the purchase is that I should have gotten a free delivery should I have purchased online. Well, I did actually clarified with her regarding the free delivery and she insisted it isn't free so I settled my purchase in store.

Nicely laid out store which we were able to walk around and have a relaxed look ourselves before we asked for assitance which we prefer when shopping.

A sales assistant approached me and immediately gave me help with the mattress size I wanted. She helped and guided me around the products but then gave me the space I requested to brouse the store and choose what I wanted without putting me under pressure. She was then immediately on had to help me once I'd chosen what I wanted. The ladies name was NAndita

I found Angela very helpful when I came to the store on Saturday the 9th. She approached me straightaway and quickly narrowed down my choice to two mattresses. She was knowledgeable about the products.

We were highly satisfied as during our time in Dreams all three members of staff at some point or another assisted us whether it be just answering a question, advising us of products or explaining about different products. If the staff member couldn't answer the question them selves they sort advise from a colleague or their web site.

Our assistant, Nandita was so helpful.we told her what we expected to pay, and she showed us everything in our range,and made us feel confident.
