Dan who served me was very knowledgeable and very polite. He helped me choose the correct pillow. Nothing was too much trouble. I found him very friendly and my shopping experience was very good.

I visited the Bromley branch Sunday 24th Jan, staff fantastic, no faults there but the lift was not working. My Mum is in a wheelchair which meant she had to walk up the stairs and I had to carry the wheelchair up. The staff said that it had been fixed and broken again and were waiting for engineers. You could have easily lost a sale because of the inconvenience.
