We have been planning to replace our bed for some time and were motivated to visit our local Dreams store because of the sale. My husband has a bad back and we were very impressed by Ali's knowledge of the products and the time he spent with us understanding what we were looking for. We didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase and were gently guided rather than bullied, which unfortunately has been our experience in other stores. The bed we chose will complement our existing bedroom furniture but more importantly the mattress will be supportive and should give us both a much better night's sleep!

From the moment we arrived in store we received help and advice (even a cup of tea) to enable us is to choose the right bed for our needs. There was absolutely no pressure put on us in respect of our purchase and I would definitely have no hesitation to return to the High St, Bromley store when the need arises.

Speed of service, knowledge of staff, advice on options and possibilities.

Arrived in store and greeted straight away, went through what we needed and guided us through our purchase smoothly.

Nandita was very helpful, she listened to what my requirements were and showed me some beds within my price range . Nandita explained the difference between the different beds and was very polite . What I also liked was she allowed us to spend as long as we wanted trying out the different beds, she made me feel relaxed and not hurried .

The sales person explained the different types of mattresses . And helped us choose a base.

Dan assisted us very well. He showed us the range we were looking for and then left us to try them out and discuss between ourselves, he was always on hand if we had any follow on questions. We bought a bed and mattress and headboard.

Nadita was an excellent sales person for Dreams in every respect. We have not bought a new bed for over 15 years & we were recommended to go to Dreams by our newly married youngest daughter who herself was extremely satisfied by the service at another branch !!

The 3 staff were very friendly and made us feel good especially Ali who dealt with us.
