I was served by Ali in the Bromley store Validation Code B237 who couldnt have been more helpful. He helped me chose my mattress, had a very good knowledge of the beds and matresses and was very friendly and courteous. I was going to do the order online as they had an exclusive offer of £29 for delivery, taken to the room of my choice and assembly, but he matched the offer, so I was much happier to order and pay in a store than on line. Very pleased with the service he gave me on behalf of your company

Dan was our colleague. He was well informed, guided us to choose a mattress that was suitable for us. He was efficient when looking for a brass bedhead. He offered us coffee and left us to discuss and decide on our choice without any pressure. He seemed to instinctively know when to return and help us decide. His colleague was also helpful when helping us to gain dscounts. The showroom was set out well with a good range of mattresses/beds to cater to all pockets. Dan arranged delivey to suit us and gave us suggestions on how we could maximise the delivery service. We liked the offer from the company of a 40 days trial period. We would not hesitate in recommending Dreams in Bromley to our friends.

I would like to thank Nandita for her patience and understanding! After explaining to me the benefits of your products and the finance, she then repeated the whole process with my partner. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She has helped us to make important decisions without pressuring us and provided invaluable advice for future purchases as well. The rest of the staff were friendly, offering drinks and ensuring we felt comfortable and looked after.
