Dreams - New Bromley

We where very satisfied with our visit to dreams bromley store we where seen straight away by Ali who was very sufficient and knew lots about the beds we where looking at and advised us what was best.

The assistant was very helpful suggesting a few options after I had explained what I was looking for. The process was very straight forward. Have bought from dreams a few times before. would not go any where else.

The Dreams customer service assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome on my visit to the store. She helped and advised me all the way through my purchase experience and I was very happy with her service.

The great customer service i recieved once i entered the store, also the readiness of assisstance that was given by the sales person i will be going back to shop again and again also recommend my friends and familys .

THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS. THE BUSINESS WAS CARRIED OUT QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY. WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.

We went to Dreams to buy a bed and a new mattress. It was our first visit to the store. We were very happy with the customer service that we have received from Ali. He showed us a variety of beds and mattresses, a wide range of different offers and explained finance options. We ended up buying everything what we needed and we are very happy with the purchase.

Cyd the store assistant was extremely helpful, letting me take the time to try out the various beds. Her easy- going nature and relaxed approach didn't make me feel hurried. She was very accommodating. I was able to make the right choice of bed and felt informed of all the options.
