Ali the assistant was welcoming and friendly, offered help and advice and then left us to decide. Answered our further questions, was enthusiastic about his visit to the factory in Yorkshire where the mattress we were considering was made and the amount of hand work involved. Also advised on the bedheads available and gave us all the necessary information about delivery and removal of the old bed. We look forward to the delivery.

Both staff members I dealt with (Dan on a visit on 4/3/15) and Nandita were very friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help and answer all the questions we had. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or to spend above my budget, and I felt both staff members took the time to understand what my needs were.

It was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Prices were also competitive as I had already done my homework. So much better to be able to talk to someone, especially when they're so helpful. Thank you.

It was a large order, and I am very particular with what I want, and the assistant Nandita helped me immensely! she explained the differences between each product and this helped me choose which one was the most suitable for me.
