Dreams - New Bromley

I was approached as soon as I entered the store in a very welcoming manner. I was shown a comprehensive variety of types of bases, headboards and mattresses and the assistant was clearly very knowledgeable- and patient! The young man who carried out the credit check and the repayment package arrangements was equally knowledgeable and respectful.

We where helped just enough and given space to try mattresses out.

From walking in the store I got Excellent service from Jason so professional . I was taken to the machine and then given excellent service .Not rush felt very relaxed and at ease .

I received assistance from both Reece an Sidi at the Bromley Dreams store, and they were both brilliant. Both were so polite and friendly, and clearly new what they were talking about when it comes to finding the best mattress for me. They took their time with me (in a good way!) and were professional yet personable. I would go so far as to say that their efforts should be recognised by management. A big thank-you from me.

Everyone was helpful, welcoming and friendly. The whole experience was great. It was the first time buying a mattress and I walked out knowing more about mattress than when I walked in.

Jason the store manager served us and was very attentive and polite. Listened to our needs and helped us find the correct mattress.
