I visited they Bromley Store 3 times before returning with my husband to make the purchase. Each time the sales assistants were extremely helpful and friendly, but not pushy.

The staff were helpfull without being insistent and overbearing.

Nandita who served me was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and helped me choose a product which met my needs without feeling pressured.

I was overwhelmed by the sales person, very attentive and listened to our requirements.

I was given the help I wanted and the attention I needed in order to come to quick decisions about my new bed
