Dreams - New Bromley

Nandita was very helpful without being too pushy.

Having visited other stores on previous occasions, not Dreams. we found we were hassled and followed around the store. Dreams in Bromley were they to assist and advise but not at all pushy with their sales talk. The assistant knew her merchandise and was very knowledgeable. she advised us on which mattress would suit our needs. we were most impressed with the service that we received.

Ali was very knowledgeable so was able to answer our questions. At no point did we feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase.

Excellent customer service from staff and good layout of shop allowed ease in comparing products.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions and obviously had great knowledge of the products. She also looked for items that weren't in the store

We go a very good and polite service as soon as we started looking at the beds. Medinat was especially attentive and provided a good service with a big smile which was very much appreciated. She knew her products well which showed when we asked questions about the construction of the mattresses.

A member of staff approached us straight away and was very helpful with our choice of bed and mattress. All choices were explained fully. We went away and thought about our choice and then called two days later to order. The member of staff remembered us and everything went smoothly b

I received good recommendations based on my budget. The staff was really friendly and available I was offered a drink which was lovely. I took a mattress with a spring deal and a bed frame. The process for the payment and the delivery is really straightforward. I will highly recommend this store.
