Ali the sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took time to understand our needs and showed us a range of products. He encouraged us to take our time and try the different beds. I felt he gave us honest answers to our questions and was trustworthy. I would speak with him again.

Ali Farrah was very attentive, showed us a range of products, offered opinions and options, carried furniture around the store for us to compare, was patient with our decision making, and was friendly, personable and personal.

Evrything was clearly and fully explained.The variety of options available were fully explained. We were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lynne greeted us immediately and was extremely helpful in enabling us to choose a bed and mattress

I am going through a divorce so not the best of time for me. On entering the store I was approached by Cydelle. Within minutes she knew exactly what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction and seemed very knowledgeable. She did not rush me, she listened and made me feel at ease, she was happy and smiling the whole time and I left the store much happier than I arrived and very pleased with my purchases. When I left the store I met my sister and told her how lovely Cydelle was and when she next needed a bed she should go to this store. If I had a shop I would definitely want to employ Cydelle. I think she is a rarity in this day and age and Dreams are very lucky to have her.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We took a decision and purchased the items within half an hour.

Dan in Bromley store was a true credit to your organization. Product knowledge was excellent and I asked LOTS of questions. He was friendly, efficient, able to match product with my needs really quickly, gave me time to lie on beds quietly and also chatted whilst I was on them. This was great as I spent up to 20 mins on about 6 beds which is meant to be the ideal time if u have back issues, as I do, to feel any discomfort. I was in the store for just under 3 hours and it was a lovely experience. Let's face it, who doesn't like lying down for an afternoon?
