I was quickly and unfussily supported by a knowledgeable, quiet individual who listened carefully and directed me to exactly the items I wanted. No hyper sales chat: just friendly and courteous professionalism. Unusable UCL these days!

The service I recieved from Daniel in your Bromley store was excellent. He was charming and even made my husband and I a cup of coffee. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was a total pleasure to deal with him. The other staff at the branch were also very friendly. I would recommend the store to everyone.

Our colleague, Nandita, was not pushy but was there to answer any queries and was most helpful with her advice. The only negative was the high price for delivery which I would certainly mention to anybody when recommending so they could factor in to their calculations.

The sales assistant, Nandita, was very knowledgeable about the products and understood our requirements. She recommended suitable products and was able to guide us to make the correct purchases. She also suggested additional products that would enhance our sleep experience but did not insist that we purchased these products when we declined a number of her suggestions. The items were available in stock and the delivery time was satisfactory.

Saw matrass and divan online and wanted to check it out in store. Staff was so friendly and helpful that this convinced me to place the order then and there.

I needed a bed for my spare room, so the budget was not massive. I explained all this to the member of staff who assisted me, and he then spent all the time in the world helping me to find just the right bed for me. Excellent service, and super bargain for me. I am so satisfied, you can tell the world!
