Ali was very friendly Non pressuring and helped us choose/find what we wanted. He acknowledged us even when there were other customers he was serving and answered all of our questions. It was a nice change to make a purchase with such ease. Thanks to Ali.

Medinat was very helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy, and showed us around the various options relating to our preferences. She gave us space to make our own decisions (following her good advice) and was efficient and thorough when we were ready to order. Excellent customer service!

We spent a lot today on a tempur mattress, we got advised by a really friendly and helpful assistant called ALI. We never expected to spend as much as we did but he convinced us and i have no regrets. Having a decent mattress is really important, thanks for your help ALI you were very professional and treated us really good. We cannot wait to receive our mattress.

Medinat made is all so easy. I needed a wooden bed in a short time frame and she checked and gave me all the choices very fast. We had fun testing mattresses - and I think I`ve got just what I want---but I have a few weeks to try it out - very good! She then sold me pillows and mattress covers - when I thought I would have to go elsewhere for them.
