The staff member I spoke to was experienced and very helpful, with an excellent knowledge of the products. What I wanted was in stock and could be delivered easily.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the customer assistant, Ali. He asked us if we needed any help. We told him what we were looking for and what our price range was. He got us to try out a few mattresses and told us about the range of colours available for the base of the bed. He was also very quick to point out the wonderful offer on the pillows as we were buying a bed. Whilst waiting around he also asked us if we would like tea or coffee. All in all a very smooth transaction making our move to a new home very easy.

The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. She had a lot of patience when I was taking a good while to decide exactly what I wanted. She was efficient and knew all about the products. She was friendly and amiable. She also made me an excellent cup of coffee!

The Assistant was welcoming, knowledgable, attentive to our needs, calm and patient, quietly efficient and polite. We were not hurried or felt pushed into making a quick decision. Making such an important decision at our time of life, (we are in our 80s)' was, in the quiet atmosphere of the shop, easy and a real pleasure.

Staff were great in showing me around the showroom and answering questions, very friendly and approachable. Went the extra mile to help with delivery and what was best for me. Very good customer service.

Daniel was very knowledgeable about the products and was very tuned into our requirements and interests, whilst leaving enough time and space to make up our minds and discuss the various options. Very pleasant, approachable staff without being pushy.
