I had had a difficulty when trying to place my order online. The colleague who served me was fantastic in hearing out my issue and helping me resolve my issue.

We were served by Ali in the Bromley store. On a previous visit he had been very helpful with advice and assistance and again when we visited to buy he could not have been more helpful.

The assistant Nandita welcomed us as we entered the store in Bromley. She then left us alone to browse the store. We liked this approach as we do not like being pressured. After a short time Nandita returned to us and was very polite, freindly and helpful, she explained the products we were considering in detail and we were able to make a purchase without feeling pressurised into buying. Nandita is in our opinion an excellent sales person.

Your sales colleague Medinat was extremely helpful and informative about the product range.She allowed us time to test and decide on the correct mattress for us.Thank you.
