Dreams - New Bromley

Nandita was so welcoming when i came to the store, though it was very quiet i genuinely thought i was the only one in the store. She walked me through what I'd like she gave me idea of what best suited me, to make it short and simple she made my purchase worth while. I really did appreciate her assistance it was really nice how she took her time with a smile on her face.

As soon as I entered the Bromley store, I was greeted by a friendly smile. I was offered a cup of tea (most welcomed) and my order was cheerfully taken. I was given product information about possible future purchases, again with friendly efficiency. I would certainly recommend the Bromley store to my friends and family.

The knowledge of the member of staff who served us was great she was very patient and took us around the store trying out all the mattresses available. She placed the order and was very pleasant at all times.

The assistant took time to show us the products, we weren't rushed and she was very pleasant.

when we entered the store we were greeted immediately by a very helpful member of staff. She knew the best products to show us and her knowledge about each of the items we looked at was very good. ultimately we purchased the second most expensive mattress in the store so she had done her job very well and i am looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress in a few days time. ordered and ready for delivery in 4 days, i think that is fantastic

The lady who served me was polite and friendly, while not being pushy. She let us take our time, but once we made our decision, she served us very quickly and professionally. She was great and looked after my Dad my offering him a drink. The rest of the staff were great too.
