Cydell who searved us in the bromley branch made us a drink and took her time to explain the benefits of the mattresses helping us to make a purchase to suit our needs she was really warm and friendly and we would go back to her again in the future😄

I was asked if I needed assistance and I was given information I needed then i was left to examine etc to make my choice, Ali the salesman came over as soon as I had choosen and offered my tea or coffee. Then taking my order and guiding me through the stages was done quickly and a delivery date selected. Ali was a first class helpful person and his knowledge of beds etc was excellent.

I found Daniel very helpful explaining the different type of beds & left us alone so we could try out the different beds before I made my mind up. I found the overall experience very pleasant & would recommend to family & friends.

Employees are really friendly and well prepared

There was a good range of beds on display, clearly labelled with mattress types and possible options for the bed base. Staff were very helpful and friendly but not pushy.

I have placed this order for my mother. She didn't really know what she wanted and Ali at the Bromley store. Certainly knew his product - helpful without being pushy and very friendly. We were made welcome and offer refreshments while our order was being placed.
