The service and the product were very good

There were plenty of beds to look at. We were encouraged to test them by lying on them. The assistant left us alone for a short time so that we could speak freely to eat check other. Ali was also very knowledgeable about the productsame and could answer our questions.

All our requests were answered fully and extra info. Given without requesting it. Fullly satisfied.

The shop assistant took her time to explain the difference in the products and she has very good knowledge of the products.

Thomas at the Bromley store was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain to me how and where the Flaxby mattresses are manufactured. I was torn between two different Flaxby mattresses and Thomas set my mind at rest by explaining the 40 night exchange policy (i.e. that if I picked one and didn't like it, then I could exchange it for the other one and pay the difference). Since I was buying one of the more expensive mattresses, Thomas also gave me free pillows and upgraded the free mattress protector provided with the warranty. He made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and went out of his way to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. It had the desired effect - I will be back to buy a bed for my guest room in the near future!
