Dreams - New Bromley

We were served by Cydelle at the Bromley Branch and she was extremely helpful and informative when we were choosing a new 3ft. bed for our single bedroom.

The sales lady understood exactly what I was asking for and led me to the right product.

as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a lovely salesman who attended to our needs. he explained how to find the perfect matress to suit us and how to make sure we are choosing the right one for our sleeping patterns, sleeping positions and weight. he also explained how each of the different types of matress would benefit us in different ways. he was fast and efficient when putting the sale through and made polite and upbeat conversation. generally a very pleasant visit to the store and would highly recommend to others :)

I visited Dreams having been to 4 other stores looking for a mattress for my teenager who has a back problem. The sales assistant who helped us was very friendly and welcoming and also very understanding of our needs and was able to direct us to a suitable mattress and advise us on the features. The final decision was between 2 mattresses and again the sales assistant was able to advise and assist us in making a final choice. Another colleague also assisted in choosing a suitable pillow and was also friendly and knowledgeable. The staff in the other stores (including one very well known department store) were neither friendly nor really interested in assisting us - perhaps because it was Sunday and they really didn't want to be working. I am satisfied that the mattress we purchased is a very reputable brand, is good quality and will meet my child's needs. A mattress is a large purchase and one you want to get right and so need the assistance of someone knowledgeable to assist.

When we were ready he talked us through our paying options and helped us make our purchase. We left extremely happy with exactly what we wanted, for a decent price. Ali was super approachable and knowledgeable which helped a lot.
