Dreams - New Bromley

Our fist visit was just to browse, but the lady was very well informed and helpful, so we kept all that she said in mind. Later we found a mattress that we liked in another shop, but returned to Dreams to double check against the one that had been recommended, and decided that it was better. We have placed the order and look forward to receiving our new mattress soon. Excellent staff, thanks

I have been looking to buy a bed to ship over seas for a while. The windows display at Dreams Bromley caught my attention while going shopping for something else. I was cordially welcomed by a sale assistance Mr. Ali. With a big smile on his face, he talked me through the various products and offers available for my budget. very good customer service, not to much sales pitch, well informed sales person, her knew her stuff and made us feel welcome and unpressured. very impressed , was concern it would just be one big sales pitch and it wasn't changed my mind about shopping for such purchases in saleroom again. I had been avoiding it.

I was served twice by Nandita in your Bromley store who was extremely helpful on both our visits. She struck the perfect balance of customer service. She was there to help but also gave us space to browse and was informative with any questions we had. The only negative of our visit was the lift was broken and being 9 months pregnant the stairs were a bit difficult!!

I was promptly attended when I entered the premises and was very competently advised on the products available .

Assistant was very friendly and helpful, she understood our needs and recommended the best bed for us.

The salesperson gave us time to look around before approaching. I liked that he was not overbearing yet still efficient. We were offered refreshments and he gave us the right degree of service throughout without being bothersome. During the finance process he was polite and courteous and when he wasn't quite sure about one small issue, his colleagues - two lovely ladies - were on hand. They literally sat with him at the computer to guide him through. Fabulous teamwork!

I purchased my goods at your Bromley store and had the pleasure of being served by Medinat ,she was extremely knowledgeable about your products found exactly what I had been looking for even through it was not on show in your store she took the trouble to find it on the computer . Dreams are very lucky to have Medinat as a member of their staff.

The Dream's colleague was very friendly, patient and well-informed about the products. There was a wide range of products.
