Dreams - New Bromley

We entered into the store at the Bromley branch twice. First time to have a look if the products we were looking for was available and second time when we purchased the product. Both times sales professionals gave us a warm welcome to the store. When we came the first time a Sales Professional named Nandita asked if we were browsing or looking for something specific, we answered just browsing. She was very kind giving us the direction of the store and especially giving us the time to browse around. After looking around we went to ask for her help. She gently showed us what we were looking for and helped to find the right Mattress that we were looking for. We left the store saying that we wanted to look for other options. We returned into the store the next day and luckily Nandita was there and we finally made our decision to purchase the good. The process was fast and Nandita was again very friendly and and gave us a great service. She helped us with different options to make the payment and satisfied our needs. we left the store with a big smile and we will definitely return in the future for a second purchase. I was quite daunted by the choice of different beds and matresses. The assistant Medinat, at the Bromley branch, was very patient and helpful in advising us of the best options available.

Our customer advisor was brilliant. She approached us as soon as we entered the store, gave great advice adn left us alone long enough to have enough space to try out the beds but not too long so that we didn't feel like we were being attended to. She was great and we ended up buying the first product she suggested

A good night sleep is very important, therefore it is essential to get the right mattress, at the right price.
