I can only sing the praise of Ali and Lynne at this store, from the first initial telephone etiquette and friendly manner to the face to face service I received. I was welcomed warmly on arrival, offered a hot bevereage and after a brief explanation of what I was looking for Ali outlined a few promising options, one of which I took. The process of the order was straight forward and quick and now I really excited to receive my new bed !!! Thanks Ali & Lynne

Have just had very bad experience buying a bed on line. So have wasted a lot of money and been extremely upset and frustrated by it all. Decided to go to Dreams and buy divan base and cut my losses. Now have two slatted broken bed bases to dispose of. I walked in your Bromley store and immediately was shown just I needed. I am very angry about what has happened but looking forward to your delivery and a comfortable bed
