Dreams - New Bromley

Your staff member Mediuat in your Bromley store was excellent in every way, nothing was too much for her. Everything she did or said was done with a smile which made buying a bed and mattress in her store a very pleasing and enjoyable experience. I do hope that Dreams look after Medicat and staff like her she should be rewarded for her dedication to her job and making sure they customer buys what they wanted

I rushed into the Bromley store with a mattress in mind and limited time. Those women were fantastic! Great service, information and understanding what I needed. Bought a mattress without going anywhere else because of them. Thank you!

Great service in store, the products are a bit expensive but I presume they are quality. However the delivery cost is quite high, it woukd be great if delivery would be included in the price, considering that the products are not cheap.

We had previously ben to Bensons 3 times and no one had offered to help us - we walked out on each occasion. Someone suggested we try Dreams - what a different experience. We were greeted on arrival by Medinat. We briefly told her what we were looking for, she asked us a couple of questions and showed us two options. The second was perfect and we purchased straightaway. She was open, friendly, interested and very knowledgeable. She undertook the sales, payment and delivery arrangements quickly and efficiently and we were delighted. I hope the actual delivery goes as well!

We had purchased a bed and mattress last year for our master bedroom and this time required a new bed and mattress for my son. The salesman (Ali in Bromley) was most helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and made the decision process far simpler.

Assistant took his time with me patient helpful informative previous customer difficult but no impatience shown to me. He remembered me because I had made an enquiry on the Sunday before he remembered what I wanted to purchase because of his input I purchased 4 pillows 1 quilt which wasn't my intention. Would highly recommend the assistant and the Bromley store
