staff were friendly and helpful, especially Taiwo who served us. We were offered coffee and tried the pillows.

The assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything in a friendly manner. There customer service was of a good quality and how it should be . Working in the customer industry myself I no how difficult it can be at times but the assistant (nandita) always had a smile on her face and appeared to enjoy helping people

It is the time i have ever used a bed store for my bedroom furniture . I found the whole experience very relaxing and exiting . The lady in the store that was dealing with us ( her name was Sid) was very polite and asked if we would like any beverages and biscuits ! . When we first visited the store we had no firm idea of the mattress we wanted but the assistance we were given by Cydelle was really excellent. She asked the right questions to help us narrow down our choice and explained the features of a variety of mattresses. When we returned a couple of weeks later to place the order she remembered us and asked after us. She didn't serve us then because she was with another customer but we had very prompt and efficient service from Lynne who took the order.

from the moment I entered the Bromley store I found the staff were extremely helpful. The assistant that advised me was very good and explained in detail all aspects of my purchase.

Staff was great. They offer us coffee or tea and they make us fell comfortable . They gave us accurate understanding about the different types of mattress.
