Nandita was very welcoming, explained the differences between mattresses and gave us time to look around and ask questions. We felt supported - not pressured

We were purchasing a bed for our daughter, who has special needs and finds it difficult to judge how comfortable she feels, so it is difficult to be certain that she has made the best choice for herself when choosing furniture. We were given the best help possible in this task by Cydelle, who gave us excellent advice in the warmest, friendliest manner, making it a simple in the end for my daughter to make a decision and for us to feel happy with her choice.

We were given the information and assistance that we needed and then allowed to spend time looking for ourselves

I was greeted by a friendly shop assistant, explained my requirements and was shown a selection. I was encouraged to lay on the mattresses as she explained the composition of each. All this was done in a pleasant and very professional way.

We were attended to as soon as we walked into the store and on our request for the mattress we required we were taken to be shown one and we ordered it straight away

Our assistant Nandita was very knowledgeable, offered us add on sales, the guarantee, duvet and pillows etc, but was not too pushy. She put us at ease and undersold our budget and needs. We were asked if we wanted a hot drink and I accepted a coffee that was duly made and delivered to the cash desk where we were sorting out the paper work.

The person who attended to me was Medinat. She knew every single thing I asked about what kind of mattress would suit me as I have experienced back pains in my previous mattress and she wasn't afraid to be honest of what kind of mattress I deserve. Even though I thought that the mattress was pricey, she knew exactly what would be right for me - gave me the pros and cons of each type of mattress and waited patiently until I have decided on finally what I will purchase. I hope that when I come back hopefully for my next purchase she will be around as she's refreshing to talk to.

I went into Dreams in Bromley in Kent all staff welcomed me when i looked at the beds ask if i need any help which i said know at the time as was only looking. Then i found a ex dislpay bed which had two glass knobs of and looked at price which was £305.00. Then a staff member came over to me as i liked it and said they can take more money of for me and i said ok how much would it be now and they said £150.00 and i said yes please as that was a good deal at the time . Very happy with my goods and free deliver.

We were given very good product knowledge and a demonstration something we didn't get at all when we visited a rival company. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and they were only to happy to show us alternatives and explain differences in mattresses.
