We didn't have a clue where to start with looking for a mattress. Lynne was extremely helpful and professional. She approached us and made sure we tried lots of different options. She spent allot of time and was very caring. She is a true credit to your company.

I was very satisfied with the customer care I had at Dreams my bed is being delivered on the 27/1/17 and have paid for old bed etc to be taken away my experience only ends when the bed is delivered and how the delivery guys are so far so good..........

Cydelle was extremely helpful and friendly, and knew the products well. It was so nice to receive such good service and she helped us to find the right mattress for us. In fact all the staff were friendly. It makes such a change these days, obviously Dreams at Bromley have got their staff training off to a T. Also my husband enjoyed his coffee!

The sales assistant Medinat quickly identified I was in need of assistance and approached us rather than us looking to be served , her professional and caring approach to our wants were quickly identified and dealt with in a timely manner and add on's offered that we had not thought of. The service up front rather than us searching round for ages was key, she asked the right questions....
