We weren't pressurised and didn't feel harassed by the staff at the Bromley store. One thing we can't stand is being followed around by staff when we're browsing. When Medinat approached us, we had had time to find what we were looking for and she was then extremely helpful in giving us the extra information about the product and confirming that we could have the item to our specifications. We were in and out within 20 minutes and now looking forward to our new mattress.

Great range of products, the features of which were all clearly known to the shop assistant who served us, and well explained. Any questions we had were able to be answered immediately. The store assistant helping us was relaxed, convivial, approachable and helpful. Cup of tea was a great boon after having been shopping for a while prior to entering the store, as I was flagging somewhat. All in all, I couldn't fault the service and would happily come back again in the future.
