The assistant answered my queries clearly and knowledgeably and was very courteous.

The costumer service was great, really helpful and patient.

Service was very good and Nandita had excellent product knowledge.

Customer service was very good, the sales assistant I dealt with was very good. They asked relevant questions. They did not try to sell, they identified what I wanted and then gave me options, answering my questions to help me decide. There was no pressure and the relaxed, easy going and professional style of the Sales person was refreshing and put me at my ease. I noticed that the sales assistant was asking people if they needed assistance before she can to me. An example of a willingness to help. When dealing with me regards the sale info Nd details for the credit arrangement, I noticed that both sales persons worked well together and as such the process was quick. tne delivery time was a month after, do. Big long and I await judgement requality etc after it has been supplied and fitted. So far so good.

The sales assistant was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He gave us lots of information but also left us alone to make our own decisions. We were impressed with the range of products on show.

It was just so easy went and ordered the bed we had seen previous week. Lady extremely helpful. Took our order , bed was delivered only a few days later. Two guys took bed upstairs and assembled it.he even took his shoes off to go upstairs, very friendly and helpful pair. Thank you for great service

Visiting Dreams with the purpose to make a purchase I was more than pleased with the service. The associate was really friendly and helpful. Her knowledge gave me the confidence to choose a bed there and then. Competitive price meant I feel I got a really good deal Would recommend Dreams.
