Quick, hassle free purchase of matress. Nandita assisted us and she was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Lynne was very helpful friendly and made the whole difficult job of choosing a bed and mattress is simple. I was offered refreshments and found Lynne to not be pushy but knowledgable. I would reccomend her and dreams to anyone.

The assistant was patient and friendly and very knowledgeable about the subject. I did not feel pressurised or rushed into making a hasty decision

Your colleague Cydelle was extremely helpful. I have an arthritic hip and back problems, so it's difficult for me to move easily on and off the beds. She helped me off the beds as I tried out three mattresses, twice for each one. She was friendly and understanding as well as efficient and helpful. I would be happy to recommend Dreams to anyone purely because of the excellent work by Cydell.

Very good service and knowledgeable about the products

The ordering process was quick and easy with every thing explained to us by the assistant Ali at the Bromley store.

Medinat provided us an excellent service, very polite, kind, patient and more importantly allowed us time by ourselves to look at the products we were interested in. Medinat had very good product knowledge and gave us the confidence we needed to make a purchase on the day. We went to Dreams to get something in the sale and ended up buying a mattress at full price!!

I have been to other bed shops and I didn't get the help I needed choosing a bed. I was very impressed with dreams.the lady who served me her name is Cydelle she is excellent at her job you have a great worker.

On 21st February I entered the dreams Bromley branch in search of a bed and mattress. Medinat was immediately available to assist me and was very keen to listen to what I actually wanted. Medinat took time to describe the characteristics of the various beds and mattresses I was interested in. I left the store as I wanted to shop around, but on Friday 23rd February I returned to the store as not only were the prices very competitive but Medinat’s customer service had exceeded every expectation. Medinat worked tirelessly to find the best bed to suit my needs and I purchased a bed on Friday. Not only did Medinat find the bed I wanted but sourced a mattress that was not available for immediate collection at the Bromey store, by calling two other stores – I needed the bed and mattress for that weekend and could not await normal delivery. I returned to the store on Saturday 24th and purchased the mattress. In summary I would like to thank Medinat for going beyond normal and expected customer service. This included a well needed cup of tea after a very long day at work, while Medinat tried to source the mattress at a different store. P.S. - Mattress order number 237A012559
