Medinat, the employee at Dreams who helped us make the purchase was really helpful and polite despite only having a short amount of time to help us as we arrived just before the store was due to close. She stayed late and made sure we were 100% happy with our purchase and answered all our questions without hurrying us along or being impatient, a really lovely lady who provided us with fantastic service!

Nandita, the assistant, was very helpful without pestering. She guided us through the process of deciding what we felt would be the best product for us, i.e choosing the most suitable mattress for our needs through to selecting the colour theme and bed base etc. Her product knowledge was very informative.
