we very impressed with the the store and didn't feel intimidated and being pressurised while looking around. Medinat was always in the background to answer any question and advice if needed and she was very nice and polite.

Help was at hand from the moment I entered the store and because I was on my own and in my eighties, was most appreciated! Dreams kept us informed from the placing of the order to the actual very punctual delivery so that we were not inconvenienced in any way. And by the way it was so great to have such a cheery delivery team as Dan and Jerry!

I guy called Ali served or helped us. He was very helpful, he offered us tea, coffee or a bottle of water. He answered all of our questions, he was not at all pushy nor did he try and rush us, but gave us time to our selves.

The shop is beautiful and such a wide choice I went in as the shop opened so was only customer at the time I was approached almost immediately and was helped through my requirements the salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision

Ali was a very customer focused and knowledgeable member of the team in your Bromley branch. We were greeted with a smile and within a few minutes lying down testing matresses with the offer of a hot drink. He answered all questions without fault. Well Done

Nadina was very welcoming. I have been looking for a bed for a little over a year not finding the right one I wanted. I was going to order online. As soon as I walked into the store I was greated by Nadina smile I informed her what I wanted and she showed me the choices and gave me the upmost respect and service. As I look young I am usually not taken seriously but Nadina held no judgement and treated me with respect. I was happy with the bed I purchased and extremely happy with the service.

When we entered the store we spent several minutes looking around the products for sale without being jumped on by a salesperson. We were asked if we needed assistance by Medinat who we responded to with our needs and then showed suitable beds to try but without pressure selling. We enjoyed refreshments as we browsed, Medinat advised us of the various base options which was very informative and allowed us to decide what we wanted.

My husband and I found the sales assistant to be extremely helpful, from helping us to get our car parked all the way through to talking to us about what we wanted and explaining the various options to helping us decide on the right mattress and then placing the order for it. She was gentle and friendly and knew her products very well. We were really impressed and happy to have had such good service. In fact overall, the whole team at the Dreams Bromley store were very polite and attentive and the atmosphere in the store felt warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to have shopped there.

Friendly staff, very helpful and good with our 2yr old. Even gave her a toy to play with

The salesperson Medinat was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make our final decision on the purchase. She also provided additional pillows to assist us. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
