Ali took time to introduce himself upon our arrival and once we stated that we'd like to browse before having a chat to discuss specifics, he did not pester us, which is refreshing for sales environments. He kept his distance and after we browsed for 10 or so minutes came to see how we were getting on. Very attentive and helpful.

We were welcomed with a smile and shown around by a very friendly knowledgeable staff member, Ali. He listened to what we needed and then showed us a short range around our specific needs. After choosing what we wanted Ali made the buying process and setting up the delivery, very easy. We even phoned him to change the date and he did it in seconds. I have to say that it's very rare you experience friendly and knowledgeable customer service like we had today.
