After recently looking for a car and having a bad experience I was a little reluctant about looking for a bed as didn't want the pushy salesman experience again. To my surprise the staff were fabulous not in your face but advised and gave us time to discuss options. The bed we purchased was for my daughter and it wasn't top end and we were still treated with lots of respect purchasing a clearance bed. I will be back again to purchase more beds as I need one but kids come first.

when we turned up at the store medinat asked us if we need help and we said we was just looking around, and the good thing was we was giving time to have a good look around the offer of tea coffee and water was very nice,when we was ready to buy the bed we asked for advice medinat was very helpful and knowledgeadle pleasure doing business with dreams

As son as I arrived in store I was greeted by Nandita and I explained that a few years ago I had completed fitted out my holiday flat with beds and furniture and would not like to get a new bed for me at my home. She was very helpful, listened intently to my requests and helped me identify the bed, mattress and headboard that best matched my criteria. The service was very efficient and she was a lovely lady.
