We were served immediately; the assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The mattress was in stock and the quoted delivery time was excellent.

Nandita was brilliant at listening to our needs and suggesting we try different items based on this. She gave us plenty of time to come to a decision and was patient and very friendly. She had great knowledge of the products also.

Medinat was fantastic, very accommodating, gave us time to look into our actions before purchasing.

The assistant was friendly, helpful and professional and allowed space to wander and look for ourselves.

Consultant Nandita was helpful in at first acknowledging that we just wanted to browse then stepping in when we needed info. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated ottoman beds directing us to all the different styles available along with colour options and costing. We had to measure our available space for our preferred choice and stated we would return. She gave us a brochure and her name with the option to contact her if we had any questions. We did not feel pressured by any hard sell technics and were therefore happy to return to her and place our order the next day.

Nandita the assistant who served me was very knowledgeable was able to answer all my queries gave me all options in my price range . She was very personable a d efficient.
