Dreams - New Bromley

The assistants were friendly and very helpful, offering practical advice when I enquired about differences between bedframes and mattresses. The whole process of choosing a bed and placing the order was efficient, and the discounted pillows were a nice bonus!

First went to catford branc H where we were told the mattress we required was not available to see. Went to bromley branch and was satisfied by assistant who knew about mattresses and was a great help.

I found the Sales Assistant Ali to be very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

We visited the store in Bromley for just browsing as we were originally gone shopping for something else on the high street. We were given assistance from the time we entered the store till the time we left the store with our purchase. Customer service is exceptional and the staff Ali explained all the technical details of the different mattresses and helped us understand the difference in the product and the price for the same. We were served with a cub of tea and a bottle of water. Mainly no one pushed us for a sale and gave us enough time to make the decision. Thank everyone at the dreams and especially Ali helping us making the right choice. We will surely visit again.

Good store layout; good service

The sales assistant was very helpful and listened to what I needed because I have medical conditions. He was very knowledgable about the products and was able to tell me straight away what I should avoid. He encouraged me to try out each mattress properly so that I could make sure it was suitable for my needs, he also made sure I had the right pillow for each mattress. He was not pushy and was very helpful.

Very smooth process, even with two kiddies in tow.

Meditation was fantastic, she was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Very happy with the service provided
