The sales assistant was very helpful and gave us loads of information that helped us choose the right beds and mattress for us She was very friendly and could not do enough for us.

The Colleague, Toby, was very personable, knowledgeable and patient. He provided us with every assistance to help us make up our minds. He had excellent inter-personal skills all of which made our visit of necessity, pleasurable.

The friendly assistant approached us as soon as we walked in and showed how the beds were labelled firm, medium and soft. We were left to sample laying on the mattresses until we'd found the one most suitable. She also explained about the type of mattress I.e. springs, memory foam etc.
