Dreams - New Bromley

We were approached by Lynne who introduced her colleague in training Toby - he assisted us and processed our order. He had an excellent attitude and friendliness. It was his first time processing an IFC agreement, which he did with confidence and informed us of all the added benefits such as the Bedcover which we decided to add onto our order. Overall a good experience and we enjoyed our visit to Dreams in Bromley.

Lynne (sales lady) was busy lifting & moving other heavy looking items, but she saw me enter the store,& greeted me quickly,politely & with a very welcome smile. After explaining my needs for electric bed,for my disabled father(not possible for him to be present personally). I was offered &made a cup of tea,& given a pillow, while i laid &tried a bed for comfort. My thoughts & concerns where addressed sympathetically, adjustments/options were made so easily. A lovely experience, made with knowledge & understanding of Lynne. I would send/recommend anyone to her. Top member of staff in your Bromley branch. Thank you dreams, & Lynne

Having absolutely no understanding of mattresses or the science behind them it was crucial that the store assistant was able to help me in choosing a mattress that would suit me and my partner. We were not judged when we entered dispite being very young and the sincerity, helpfulness and knowledge of the store clerk Ali allowed us to choose and buy all of the products that were right for us.

I think you have great products, the bed and the mattress are very good quality for the price, very comfortable too, I must also say that the Lady who assisted us vas very friendly, very polite, and she really paid attention to what I was looking for. Sorry I sort of forgot her name I think her name was Medivet.

The person that served me was most helpful and friendly yet very professional, I could not have asked for or expected any better.
