Dreams - New Bromley

We went in store and were greeted warmly. Staff were not pushy but made us feel comfortable. originally we went into the store undecided whether to purchase or not. However after talking to the staff we felt assured we were making the right choice. Even after having paid for our bed the staff were happy to answer our questions and went out of their way to show us what we wanted.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful & demonstrated excellent product knowledge. From someone that runs a large sales team I felt the sales style was very relaxed, not pushy or intrusive, left me alone to browse so I felt relaxed in the 90 mins I spent in the store, think I tried every bed 2 or 3 times each!

We saw an assistant almost immediately. He listened to the nature of our request and let us see a range of options. Having decided on a bed frame, he spent time helping us to try out and choose a suitable mattress and also bedding. He had a very pleasant, polite manner and made us feel valued customers.

Very polite staff, made us a cup of tea whilst placing our order- were not pushy at all- very satisfied

When I walked in the the store I pleased to have some one to take me around and give me the information I wanted l was not rushed into making a decision I shown the headboards that I was interested in I was also told of the different types of springs for the beds

Your staff were helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal of time explaining and showing us the different products available - they did not hurry us into making a decision.

The sales assistant that helped me Medinat was really welcoming when I entered the store. She took the time to explain the different bed mattresses and even brought me a fresh pillow to rest and try the mattresses. She offered me some hot beverage whilst I was viewing the different products. As it was time to make the purchase she was very patient and allowed me time to make a decision.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable ,we were made to feel really welcome.
