Dreams - New Bromley

The assistant came over to check if I needed assistance, but didn’t pressure me. Answered all my questions, had a very reassuring manner.

On entering the store Reece was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was highly experienced in his job, and it was reassuring after the bad experience I had with that horrible company called Bensons which I would never use again. Reece explained everything clearly and I would say Dreams are blessed to have such a dedicated employee such as this young man. Thank you

We were welcomed when we entered the shop and given the information we asked for. We were assisted in finding the right product for us as a couple and shown all the options. We were given time to decide and offered refreshments.

The person who served us (Jason) was very polite, well-informed, well-spoken and very helpful. Also charming.

Was greeted soon after entering store. Staff member Reece was extremely helpful and offered me the chance to use your bed that takes measurements and makes recommendations. He listened to my requirements and although I tried several beds I actually bought the first one he found me to try. I was offered refreshment and treated with great care and courteousness throughout. He also gave me space and time to try each bed. I wish I had come to you sooner.

Jason and Mel really went the extra mile to help me with the urgent purchase of a bed for my son’s new rental flat. Jason’s product knowledge and professionalism together with Mel’s efficiency on the ordering and delivery system made for a very impressive level of service. I made two visits and they remembered all my requirements without me having to repeat anything. Thank you.
