I was approached by a lovely lady named Lynne as i entered the store, she was extremely friendly and helpful, showing me a range of different mattresses she also offered us tea and coffee which the lovely katie-may brought us. I got exactly what i needed and was extremely satisfied with my visit to dreams and will defiantly be back in the future.

I am very pleased with Dreams Staff customer Service, The lady who served me Lynne was very friendly and helpfull, she has a very good knowledge about the products I have bought, she has such a nice and lovely personality and she make me feel very comfortable , she has offer me cup of tea too!! I made a very good choice to comeback to Dreams to purchase the items. My first visit was in September to view the items I needed, because of her warm customer service I came back ! I will definitely recommend Dreams at Bromley South to all my friends.:)
