Very friendly service and atmosphere at your Bromley store. Particularly Ali who had excellent product knowledge about mattresses and actually we purchased the one he advised us about when we originally told him what type of mattress we were looking for.

Very friendly professional service given by staff

Your colleague Medinat was delightful and very helpful throughout and gave her whole attention to us throughout. She was well informed about the products and the options available particularly regarding the matter of the slats. She also held a bag of pillows for us to one side while we continued shopping and on our return brought them to us as we entered the shop.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressurised into a purchase.

The sales assistant was friendly without being pushy and was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in. It was an easy and pleasant purchasing experience. Delivery was also efficient and carried out by two pleasant men. (They also took their shoes off when coming into our house) which impressed me.
