Dreams - New Bromley

Staff were courteous - offered tea or coffee - polite and answered questions satisfactorily. We made a preliminary visit then returned to finalise purchases. Manager was courteous enough to thank us for returning - unexpected and exemplary behaviour.

The Dreams Colleague (237, Medinat) was very patient and took time to understand my needs and requirements. The Dreams Colleague explainer everything clearly and presented a range of options in a polite and non-pushy fashion.

The member of staff Ali was helpful and so knowledgable it made it easy for me to make a choice about the matress i bought.

Medinat at the Bromley store was excellent and should be commended for her friendliness and excellent service. She was welcoming, helpful, answered questions and suggested items based on our requirements. Our experience from walking into the Bromley store was a Dream ! Lynne and her team made us feel valued, and as customers that is exactly how we should feel when making a purchase. We were not rushed and even offered tea while we completed credit agreements. This is what customers look for in making a purchase and will win loyalty and return business. Assistant Toby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items we required and gave good advice and recommended a product which was better value for money which we eventually purchased. We were also offered water whilst the Order was being processed.

Lovely staff who gave me lots of time to choose and very helpful. Also made me a cup of tea because there was a very short wait. Excellent customer service.

Medinat bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had our 2 year old twins with us and she put us at ease and was very professional. She had good product knowledge and wasn't pushy with her sales.

The team of people you hire are so friendly....even got a cup of tea....as I has a bad cold. Certainly will buy more from Dreams.

We were replacing a 9 year old Dreams mattress and knew that we wanted pretty much a like for like replacement. The assistant showed us three candidates for consideration and explained the differences between them in easy to understand terms. She then left us to test each candidate and discuss between us which most suited our requirements. Within the candidate range price was not particularly a consideration for us. Having made our choice the assistant checked our understanding and reasons for choosing and then processed our order and payment very efficiently.
