Ali was very friendly and helpful and was there to assist and provide pillows whenever it was needed. We took some time selecting the bed we thought was best for us and he was there whenever we needed help and advice but leaving us to test out the beds in peace for as long as we wanted. We have shopped in dreams before and would do so again.

It was the sales assistant who made the experience very good. She gave her opinion with a real honesty and I trusted her product knowledge. She also was patient and explained each step of the buying process.

Not having bought a new mattress for many a year my wife and I weren't sure of what we were looking for. However, thanks to the assistant Cydella, we were given a complete run- down on the products on offer. She gave a detailed description of each and showed good knowledge and her easy going manner gave the impression she was genuinely interested in making sure we bought what we wanted rather than just make a sale.

Colleagues excellent product knowledge. Number of choices available. Allowed plenty of time to "Try out" the products and the differences continually pointed out as we went around the store. Altogether a pleasant atmosphere, with a well trained adviser.
