The staff in the Bromley store, were all very friendly and engaging, and went up and above to ensure we purchased the correct product for us. They were knowledgeable and explained all we need to know very clearly.

Store had a friendly atmosphere, I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and there were a few different options available and they were understanding that I was on a budget.

We found Laura to be very patient, polite and knowledgable with us during our visit to the Bromley store no matter how any mattresses we tried!

We visited the.bromley high street store and were approached by a lady (ciddal) who was.knowledgable but not in our faces, give us guidance and time to make a decison. Very impressed with her customer service. Hopefully the bed delivery will be just as good

We were very impressed with the store. spacious and clean and all products well displayed with room to try as many beds as necessary. Ali who looked after us was extremely pleasant and thoroughly knowledgeable of all his products - also not at all pushy and must be a great asset to your company.
