The Dreams Colleague, Medinat, was extremely helpful. She seemed to be very knowledgeable on the difference of the products on display. We were able to try out all of the beds without being rushed to make a decision. All of the terms of the contract were explained in great detail and all the staff in the Bromley branch were very friendly. As we do not want to take delivery of the bed immediately we were given a date to suit our requirements, and given the option to change the date if our plans for refurbishing our bedroom were changed.

Very helpful staff - my wife and I wanted a mattress only but had specific preferences. The staff member guided us through the types, prices and styles and was helpful right the way through.

Sales staff were very attentive and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know and asked. They also demoed the differences between the different products that led me to make an informed decision.
